“We are not separate from nature”
What if the boundary between humans and nature was never real?
Through painting and material exploration, I create art that shifts perception and invites a renewed relationship with nature.
These investigations unfold across multiple bodies of work exploring perception, abundance, and human instinct.
Rooted in material exploration and perception,
the work investigates our relationship with the living world — not as observers of nature, but as part of it.
Working with precious metals — gold, silver, copper, and mother-of-pearl — the paintings create reflective surfaces that respond to light, time, and movement.
As viewers shift position, forms appear, dissolve, and reorganize across the surface.
The paintings are not static images, but environments of perception that change with light, space, and the body moving around them.
